Basic Services Package (agency fee 5%)
To sell your real estate in Montenegro, you must sign the
Agreement for the Provision of Intermediary Services with the Westhill Property.

Exclusive Services Package (agency fee 6-10%)
In addition to the standard agreement, we recommend signing the
Supplementary Exclusive Right-to-Sell Property Agreement to grant the agency the pre-emptive right to sell the property.

Please note that the Agreement can only be signed by the property owner or owner’s authorized representative. It is possible to sign the Agreement remotely via email. Necessary information for filling out the Agreement and its further signing:
