With a wealth of experience in real estate (since 2004), Eduard knows all the ins and outs of the real estate markets of Montenegro, Spain, Estonia, and the Czech Republic. He is in charge of management and marketing, finding new opportunities for partnership and collaboration and establishing long-term business relationships, as well as developing and improving the CRM system.
Natalia has been working in Montenegrin real estate since 2008. She provides consultations on properties, investment in residential projects, the Montenegrin legislation regarding the acquisition of real estate and the right of residence, coordinates agents, and works with partners.
Svetlana has been working in real estate in Montenegro since 2005. She works with clients, scouts for properties along the Budva Riviera, and provides full support of real estate transactions (both sale and rent).
Having worked in Montenegrin real estate since 2007, Vitaly is in charge of scouting for new real estate deals in the coastal Barska Riviera. He also provides complete support of real estate sale transactions and consultations on the residential construction laws in Montenegro.
With over 10 years of experience working in Montenegrin real estate, Aleksandra scouts for properties in the coastal and central regions, provides full support for real estate sale transactions and consultations on construction and renovation of residential and commercial facilities.
