We have a wide range of rental apartments and villas on the coast of Montenegro, in the Budva Riviera and the Bay of Kotor.
Short-term rental
Please note that some properties have a minimum rental period even when the price is indicated per day. The booking conditions and payment method are agreed upon individually in each case. Availability should be confirmed with our agents. Agency fees are included in the rental price and are paid by the landlord.
Long-term rental
Most of the properties are rented out for 1 year or longer and require a deposit of between 3 and 6 months rental value paid upfront. Rental property rules of conduct are drawn individually for each property in accordance with the owner’s requirements. Agency fee of 1 month rental value is paid by the tenant when signing the contract.

- long-term rent: 1 month rental value
- short-term rent: 25-40% of the rental amount
